R&R is certified to the ISO 27001:2022 standard. According to NEN (Nederlands Normalisatie Instituut, the national body that develops and manages ISO standards), companies with ISO 27001:2022 certification meet all information security requirements. This demonstrates that the company takes information security seriously and handles (sensitive) information securely and with integrity across the entire organization.

The standard describes the process-based approach to securing information with the goal of ensuring the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of information within the organization. ISO 27001:2022 certification demonstrates that we have our information security under control and establishes us as a demonstrably reliable partner for our customers—both now and in the future. This is because the ISO standard requires not just a one-time audit, but ongoing awareness and adherence to rules and processes—all to ensure optimal information security. Of course, periodic checks and new audits are also conducted to assess information security and maintain it at an optimal level at all times.
At R&R, the security of our systems is very important to us. Despite our commitment to system security, vulnerabilities may still exist. R&R WFM uses artificial intelligence to a limited extent. We distinguish between two areas of application: AI features within our software and AI tools that support software development.
In our workforce management software, AI is not used to make independent decisions regarding users, employees, work schedules, rights, obligations, or other outcomes with legal or similar consequences.
Any AI features within our software are intended solely for support purposes. AI can assist users in making decisions, but it does not make decisions on the user’s behalf. The user remains responsible at all times for evaluating, adjusting, and confirming the results.
AI does not replace human judgment or decision-making in our software. Users always retain the option to review, adjust, or ignore AI results, or to make a different decision on their own.
R&R WFM uses AI tools to support software development, such as writing, reviewing, documenting, and testing code.
These AI tools are not fed with personal data, customer data, user data, or confidential operational data from the R&R WFM software. AI is used in this process solely as a tool to assist developers.
The AI's results are not automatically adopted. R&R WFM employees review the results before they are used in our software or development processes, if applicable.
