A successful project launch requires clear agreements and the right people. That’s why we clarify goals and expectations with everyone involved—such as store operations, HR, and finance—right from the start.
How we work together depends on the scope and complexity of the project: For smaller projects, we rely on direct communication; for larger ones, we have R&R manage the project and, if necessary, establish a steering committee. This allows us to maintain an overview and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
