Getting the Most Out of R&R WFM

In this training session, you will learn how to confidently use the most important basic functions of R&R WFM. You will work in your own store environment with your employees, allowing you to practice directly in familiar, everyday situations. We will also review the basic settings together. Afterward, you will continue working independently with R&R WFM.

This will enable you to handle the process confidently and independently in the future.

This hands-on advanced training course will help you use R&R even more effectively. You’ll gain insight into the entire process, from forecasting to billing. You’ll learn how to better manage staff scheduling and working hours and how to more effectively steer store performance. You’ll work with data from your own store and be able to apply what you’ve learned right away.

Intended for: Employees and managers with experience in R&R WFM who want to manage labor costs and profitability.

The standard reports in R&R WFM already provide a wealth of insights, but Insights takes it a step further. You’ll learn how to create your own reports and compare results from multiple stores in a single overview. In the process, you’ll specify which data, filters, and time periods to analyze. This turns insights into better decisions and targeted improvements in your stores.
