Outline of the R&R Roadmap for 2023

Every month, you'll receive our product newsletter, in which we'll keep you informed about new features and improvements to our product. In addition, we recently published a year-in-review for 2022.

We would also like to present our future developments and expectations for 2023 in the form of a roadmap. That is why we are sharing our outlook for the new year with you here. We look forward to taking new steps in the further development of R&R so that we can offer your company even greater value.

A foundation for further development

Please note: The roadmap is a non-binding guideline. Neither the features to be developed nor the release dates are guaranteed. Software development is a complex process, and unexpected circumstances may therefore result in changes to the roadmap at any time. We are committed to ensuring a robust and stable product at all times, which is why quality is our top priority.

The roadmap's goals address key issues and provide a foundation upon which we will continue to build in the coming years.

Roadmap 2023

Flexibility is more important than ever. Circumstances are constantly changing. This makes it all the more important to be flexible and able to react quickly when the situation demands it. This is especially true for the workforce. Employees are demanding more and more flexibility from their employers and have a growing need to be involved in (planning) processes. Matters that were traditionally handled hierarchically are increasingly being resolved through dialogue between employers and employees.

With this important starting point in mind, R&R has chosen flexibility as the main theme and employee satisfaction as a subtopic for the 2023 Roadmap. In 2023, we aim to make the processes supported by R&R even more flexible and to create a platform that facilitates communication between employers and employees in an accessible way.

Facilitating dialogue between employers and employees requires a simple way to communicate with employees. To this end, we will customize the R&R Job App. This process will begin with user surveys and a design phase. In the second quarter, we will migrate the Job App’s existing features to the new, required technology. Over the course of the third and fourth quarters, the app will then be rolled out along with new features.

In addition, we will be working on a feature that allows you to adjust projected revenue and the resulting budgets within the week. This will enable you to respond more effectively to current developments.
We will also be addressing the calculation of absence credits (e.g., scheduled sick leave). The resulting features are expected to be rolled out gradually over the course of the second quarter.

In our product updates, we’ll provide detailed information about the latest software updates and upcoming features, and we’ll announce major changes in advance. So be sure to keep an eye on the product newsletter and share all important information within your organization.

We are confident that this approach, combined with the completion of the roadmap, will create added value for our users and lay a solid foundation for future developments. We look forward to a great and successful year.
