What personal data do we process?

Cookies

R&R uses cookies on this website. Cookies are small files containing information that are stored on your computer, tablet, smartphone, or other device. They do not pose a security risk to your device. We use various types of cookies. For more information, please see our Cookie Policy.

Contact Form

If you contact us via our contact form or by email, your data may be stored in our CRM system and—if necessary—forwarded to the appropriate contact person within R&R. We also use this data to monitor the proper functioning of our website. Emails are stored for up to two years after the correspondence has ended.

Newsletter

If you would like to stay informed about our services or career opportunities, you can subscribe to one or more newsletters. To do so, we will store your name and email address until you unsubscribe. Each newsletter email contains a link to unsubscribe and to update your information.

Events

R&R regularly organizes campaigns, educational events, workshops, and other events. The data we need for these purposes and how it is processed depends on the specific event. For example, the data is used to inform you of the location and time, to send reminders, or to provide you with materials after the event. This data is stored in our CRM system for up to two years.

Social Media

R&R uses social media platforms such as LinkedIn to share updates and news. If you contact us via social media, we will respond through the same channel. In addition, we use the advertising options offered by the respective platforms. The data processed in this context is governed by the privacy policies of the respective providers.

Visitor Registration

Visitors to our office are registered for security reasons. This information is used primarily to determine who is in the building in the event of an emergency. Visitor data is deleted after a few days, unless exceptional circumstances require it to be retained for a longer period.

Video Surveillance

Our office is monitored by video surveillance both inside and outside. The cameras are used to protect our employees, visitors, and property. Recordings are reviewed only in the event of a suspected incident and are generally deleted after four weeks, unless legal requirements mandate longer retention.

Wi-Fi

During your visit, you can use our Wi-Fi for free. Technical data, such as your device’s MAC address, is automatically processed. This data is stored for one year and is used solely to prevent misuse.

Applications

If you apply through our website, we will store your data in our CRM system to process your application. Your data will be made available only to the employees directly involved in the process. An assessment may also be required for certain positions. If an employment relationship is not established, we will delete your data no later than six weeks after the application process is completed or—with your consent—after two years.

Pre-Employment Screening

We conduct pre-employment screening for certain positions. This may include a review of the following items, among others:

• Identity and address verification
• Declaration of integrity
• Resume
• Work or residence permit (if required)
• Diplomas and certificates
• References
• Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
• Access to public records

This screening is conducted by International Integrity Services.

Services

When we enter into a contract with you for our services, we process the personal data required for this purpose, such as your name, job title, and contact information. This data is stored only for as long as is necessary to provide our services.

How do we protect your data?

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from misuse and unauthorized access. To this end, we have a comprehensive information security policy in place. Access to personal data is restricted to those who need it for their work. Our security measures are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect the latest state of the art. R&R employees are bound by a duty of confidentiality.

Do we share your information with third parties?

Where necessary, we work with external service providers with whom we have entered into data processing agreements. These providers may use your data solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
