Twice a month, we publish an update on interesting developments and improvements to our WFM system , R&R. In this issue, we focus on topics such as availability management, R&R Insights, the redesigned R&R Job App, the security of our systems, as well as bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements.
Over the past few weeks, our teams have been busy fixing bugs and making (minor) quality-of-life improvements. These changes are all aimed at making your daily interaction with R&R even smoother. Among other things, we’ve made the following changes:
R&R Insights is our optional add-on to R&R. R&R Insights provides strategic and data-driven insights into your workforce management and business performance. Among other things, it is designed to offer greater support for managing the planning process across multiple locations.
In Insights, for example, you can compare the performance of different stores and see how your entire company is performing at a glance.
We are currently working hard to further expand the functionality of R&R Insights. As a result, updates on R&R Insights will now also be included in this newsletter.

We recently introduced a new corporate identity as an organization. We are also in the process of gradually implementing it in our software. Among other things, this means that the R&R Job App has been given a new look. This gives our app a fresher and more modern appearance.
In addition, we've addressed several areas for improvement in the Job App, such as making the time tracking feature (clocks in the app) easier to use and providing improved translations for the German market.
Below is a preview of the updated R&R Job App.
We announced it in our last newsletter, and now it’s live: the new “Availability Overview and Management” feature . In the near future, we’ll gather feedback from our users to see which aspects still need improvement. These improvements will be added to our roadmap at a later date.
Starting Friday, April 22, R&R Insights will notify organizations whose forecasts have not yet been finalized when viewing current and future weeks. This will immediately highlight the progress of the entire organization.

We have the security of our systems regularly reviewed by an external party, including through penetration tests. During these tests, potential vulnerabilities in the systems are thoroughly examined.
Based on new findings, we are constantly strengthening the security of our systems to protect ourselves as effectively as possible against hackers and other malicious parties. We recently conducted another security audit. Based on the results, we will take appropriate measures.
