In this issue: new screens for vacation and absence requests.

New Screens for Recording Vacation and Absences

During the week of April 28, the current screens for recording vacation and absences will be replaced with new ones. The new screens feature a new design and will be rolled out across all areas of R&R where you can record vacation.

In addition to the visual changes made to the absence registration feature, we've added a function that allows you to easily calculate sick leave and the number of hours to be worked when an employee is partially on sick leave. You can do this in two ways:

1. Enter the percentage of sick time or higher: R&R automatically calculates the number of hours to be worked
2. Enter the number of work hours or sick hours to be worked: R&R automatically calculates the percentage

After the calculation, the correct percentage is automatically applied.

How can I use this feature?

This feature will become available automatically in your region during the week of April 28. This will happen automatically; you don't need to do anything.
