R&R Product Update, September 27, 2022

Twice a month, we publish an update on interesting developments and improvements to our WFM system, R&R.

This issue focuses on bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements, as well as a new service we'll be introducing soon: R&R training. 

Bug Fixes and Quality-of-Life Improvements

Over the past few weeks, our teams have been busy fixing bugs and making (minor) quality-of-life improvements. These changes are all aimed at making your daily interaction with R&R even smoother. Among other things, we’ve made the following changes:

• We have migrated the NMBRS export to the latest version of the NMBRS API. If you are using this export, it has been automatically migrated; no further action is required.
• Resubmitting point-of-sale data did not always result in the administrative information being resent; this issue has now been resolved.
• The validation of email addresses has been relaxed to accommodate the wide variety of email addresses that exist today.
• In the charts from R&R Insights, productivity was expressed in hours; this has now been converted to euros.
• There was an error in the general links between Payroll and Finance that occasionally caused them to interfere with each other during export. This has now been fixed.

Get the most out of your free time with employee training.
It’simportant that your employees know how to use the systems properly. When new systems are introduced, training is often provided at the outset. However, knowledge is often lost due to new hires and employee turnover. That’s why, starting in November 2022, we’ll be offering additional R&R training at competitive prices.

With our clear and practical training programs, your employees will always be up to date and able to get the most out of R&R. We offer a variety of training courses tailored to different types of employees:

• R&R Fundamentals Training: In this interactive and easy-to-understand two-hour training session (online via Microsoft Teams), participants will learn the most important steps, processes, and fundamentals of R&R. Cost: €95 per participant. 
• Reports on Training and Professional DevelopmentDuring this training session, participants will learn how R&R reports can benefit your organization and how to use them to achieve better results. Cost: €195 per participant. 
• R&R Essentials Training for Shop Floor OptimizationDuring this training, you’ll learn the basics of optimizing your workshop(s) and processes. This will enable you to focus more intensively on R&R and improve the entire planning process. Cost: €295 per participant.
