The WAB (Wet arbeidsmarkt in balans) provides that, as an employer, you pay a reduced employer contribution in certain situations.
One way to qualify for a lower WW contribution is to pay employees under the age of 21 a maximum of 48 hours per 4-week reporting period or 52 hours per calendar month reporting period.
The R&R roster module includes a counter that tracks the hours worked by employees under the age of 21 for each reporting period. You can enable this counter by selecting Options -> WAB, after which the counter will be visible to authorized employees.
