R&R Basic Training

Content:
This training course covers the basic functions of R&R and their practical application. You’ll work in your own market environment with your own employees, so you can immediately apply what you’ve learned. Together, we’ll ensure that the default settings are optimized, laying the foundation for a successful start. After the training, you’ll be fully prepared for your day-to-day work with R&R.

For whom:
New employees, employees in a new role, or as refresher training in response to personnel changes in the market.

Cost:
550 € per branch (maximum of 4 participants).

R&R Payroll Training

Content:
In this hands-on online training course, you’ll take the reins of the process yourself. You’ll learn how to confidently and independently handle the entire workflow, from time tracking to payroll processing. Throughout the course, we’ll be there to guide you, offer support, and provide specific tips as you carry out each step on your own. This will ensure error-free processing at your branch.

Who is it for:
New employees, employees in a new role, or as a refresher course if knowledge has been lost within the team.

Cost:
275 € per branch.

R&R Advanced Training

Content:
Take your use of R&R to the next level with this hands-on advanced training course. You’ll gain comprehensive insights into the entire process—from forecasting to payroll. You’ll learn which levers to pull to better manage your labor costs and improve your results. As in the introductory training, we’ll work with data from your own store(s) so you can apply what you’ve learned directly in practice. Working smarter leads to better results—after the training, you’ll be able to put what you’ve learned into practice right away.

Who it's for:
Employees and managers who already have experience with R&R and want to further optimize their store and processes using data.

Cost:
550 € per branch (maximum of 4 participants).

R&R Insights Training

Contents:
While the standard reports in R&R already provide valuable insights, the R&R Insights module takes it a step further. With this powerful reporting module, you gain even greater transparency and control over the key metrics that matter most to your organization. You’ll learn how to harness the full potential of flexible reporting and clearly compare the results across multiple locations. You decide which data to display, which filters to apply, and which time period to analyze—all to turn insights into concrete actions.

Intended for:
Insights users, executives and entrepreneurs, those responsible for personnel costs, and BI specialists who want to make the most of R&R Insights' flexibility.

Cost:
€1,000 per branch (maximum of 4 participants).
