R&R Product Update – New Employee Card

New Employee ID Card (Effective July 1, 2026)

The updated employee card will be available starting July 1, 2026. The card features a new, clear layout with categories and a menu on the left-hand side. This will help you find information more quickly, and it will be easier to add new sections in the future.

What's new?

• Navigation by category instead of a single long page
• A More Organized Employee List Through the Use of Colors
• Temporarily (in July), it is possible to revert to the old view

What stays the same?

• All existing data and functions remain unchanged.
• You're still leading your employees the same way
• Only the structure was adjusted, not the content

New structure at
The data is organized by topic:

• General Information – Basic Information and Contact Information
• Employee Data – Contracts, Salary, Productivity, and Preferences
• Planning – Qualifications (to be expanded)
• Absences – Vacation and Sick Leave (including the expiration date of vacation hours, if applicable)
• Time Tracking – Manage ID Number

Edit Data
You can easily editthe data for each section by clicking the pencil icon within the respective block.

Employee Directory The employee directory lets you search, select, and go directly to an employee's profile. The redesigned layout makes it easier to navigate.
